1. General provisions
1.1. The current Regulations is regulated by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal law " On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information " N 149-FZ of 27.07.2006, the Federal law " Personal Information Protection Act" N 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 and other legal acts.
1.2. The basic concepts used in Regulations:
- hotel - the organization providing hotel services to the client;
- the client - the individual person, the consumer of hotel services, the subject of personal data;
- hotel services are actions of Hotel for accommodation of Clients in subject to placement and also other activity connected with placement and accommodation which includes the main and additional services provided to Client;
- personal data - information saved in any format relating to the individual person (the subject of personal data) defined or defined on the basis of such information which in itself or in combination with other information, available to Hotel, allows to identify the personality of client;
- processing of personal data - actions (operation) with personal data, including collecting, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, change), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data;
- dissemination of personal data - the actions directed to transfer of personal data to a certain circle of people (transfer of personal data) or to acquaintance with personal data of an unlimited circle of people, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data by any different way;
- use of personal data - actions (operation) with personal data made by the operator for decision-making or commission of other actions generating legal consequences concerning the subject of personal data or other persons or otherwise affecting the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data or other persons;
- confidentiality of personal data - the requirement, obligatory for observance by the operator or other person who got access to personal data, not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or existence of other legal basis.
1.3. The order of processing by IP Bulatova N.A. of personal data of Clients for which the Hotel carries out all range of services on reception and placement in hotel.is established by the current Regulations (hereinafter referred to as Hotel, The operator).
1.4. The purpose of current Regulations is ensuring protection of the rights and freedoms of the persons and citizens when processing their personal data.
1.5. Personal data are processed for performance of the contract on provision of services on accommodation or temporary placement, one of the parties of which is the Client. The hotel collects data only in the volume necessary for achievement of the called purpose.
1.6. Personal data cannot be used for causing property and moral harm to citizens, difficulty of realization of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation.
1.7. The current Regulations is approved by the director and is obligatory for execution by all employees having access to personal data of the Client.
2. Structure and obtaining personal data of Clients
2.1. Treat personal data which collecting and processing are carried out by Hotel:
- personal details (surname, name, middle name, phone number, date of birth, etc.);
- passport data;
- registered address;
- residential address.
2.2. The staff of Hotel obtains all personal data directly from the subjects of personal data - Clients.
3. Processing and storage of personal data of Clients
1.3. The order of processing of IP Bulatova N.A. is established by the present Provision. (further in the text of Situation - Hotel, the operator) personal data of Clients for which the Hotel carries out all range of services on reception and placement in hotel.
1.4. The purpose of Situation is ensuring protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen when processing his personal data.

3.1. Processing of personal data by Hotel in the interests of Clients consists of receiving, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, change), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and in protection against unauthorized access of personal data of Clients.
3.2. The consent of Clients to processing of personal data is not required because processing of personal data is carried out for performance of the contract, one of the parties of which is the subject of personal data - the Client.
3.3. Processing of personal data of Clients is conducted by method of the mixed processing.
3.4. Such only staff of Hotel have access and are allowed to work with personal data of the Client, who qualified to work with personal data and who signed the Non-disclosure agreement of personal data of the Client.
3.5. The list of the staff of Hotel having access to personal data of Clients is defined by the order of the director.
3.6. Personal data of Clients on paper documents are stored in the rooms providing protection against unauthorized access.
3.7. Personal data of Clients in electronic form are stored in local computer network of Hotel, in electronic folders and files in personal computers of the employees allowed to processing of personal data of Clients.
4. Use and transfer of personal data of Clients
4.1. Use of personal data of Clients is carried out by Hotel only for achievement of the goals, defined by the agreement between the Client - Hotel, in particular, for provision of services on accommodation or temporary placement and additional services.
4.2. During the transfer of personal data of Clients, the Hotel has to observe the following requirements:
4.2.1. To warn the persons obtaining personal data of Clients that these data can be used only for goals which they are reported and to demand from these persons of confirmation that this rule is followed. The persons obtaining personal data of Clients are obliged to observe the confidentiality mode. This situation does not extend in case of depersonalization of personal data and concerning public data.
4.2.2. To allow access to personal data of Clients to only specially authorized persons, at the same time specified persons must have the right to obtain only those personal data which are necessary for performance of concrete functions.
4.2.3. During cross-border transfer of personal data the Hotel is obliged to be convinced that the foreign state on which territory transfer of personal data is carried out provides adequate protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
4.2.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of the foreign states which are not providing adequate protection of the rights of subjects of personal data can be carried out in cases:
- consent existence in writing Client;
- provided by international treaties of the Russian Federation concerning issue of visas, international treaties of the Russian Federation on rendering legal aid on civil, family and criminal cases and also international treaties of the Russian Federation on a readmission;
- provided by federal laws if it is necessary for protection of bases of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation, ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state;
- performance of the contract which party is the subject of personal data;
- protection of life, health, other vital interests of the subject of personal data or other persons at impossibility of receiving consent in writing the subject of personal data.
4.3. It is not allowed to answer by phone or by the fax the questions connected with the information transfer containing personal data.
4.4. The hotel has the right to provide or transfer personal data of Clients to the third parties in the following cases:
- if disclosure of this information is required for compliance with law, implementation of the judicial act;
- for rendering assistance in conducting the investigations conducted by law enforcement or other public authorities;
- for protection of legitimate rights of the Client and Hotel.
5. Protection of personal data of Clients against unauthorized access
5.1. The hotel during processing personal data of Clients is obliged to take necessary organizational and technical measures for protection of personal data against unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, dissemination of personal data and also from other illegal actions
5.2. It is necessary for effective protection of personal data of Clients:
5.2.1. To observe an order of receiving, account and storage of personal data of Clients;
5.2.2. To use technical means of protection, alarm systems;
5.2.3. To conclude with all employees connected with receiving, processing and protection of personal data of the Client, the Non-disclosure agreement of personal data of the Client;
5.2.4. To bring to disciplinary responsibility the employees who are guilty of violation of the norms regulating receiving, processing and protection of personal data of the Client.
5.3. Admission to personal data of Clients of the staff of Hotel who do not have properly issued access is forbidden.
5.4. The documents containing personal data of Clients are stored in the rooms providing protection against unauthorized access.
5.5. Protection of access to the electronic databases containing personal data of Clients is provided by:
- use of the license software products preventing unauthorized access for the third parties to personal data of Clients;
- system of passwords.
Passwords are established by the system administrator and are informed individually to the employees having access to personal data of Clients.
5.6. It is allowed to copy and do extracts of personal data of the Client only for work-related purposes with the written permission of the head of organization.
6. Obligations of Hotel.
6.1. The hotel is obliged:
6.1.1. To carry out processing of personal data of Clients only for rendering legitimate services to Clients.
6.1.2. To obtain personal data of the Client directly at him. If it is possible to obtain personal data of the Client only at the third party, then the Client has to be notified on it in advance and the written consent has to be received from him. The staff of Hotel has to report to Clients about the purposes, estimated sources and ways of obtaining the personal data and also about character which are subject to obtaining personal data and consequences of refusal of the client to give the written consent to their receiving.
6.1.3. Not to receive and not to process personal data of the Client about his racial, national identity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, the state of health, intimate life, except for the cases provided by the law.
6.1.4. To provide access to the personal data to the Client or his legal representative when applying or receiving the inquiry containing details of the main identity document of the Client or his legal representative, data on date of issue of the specified document and the body of power which gave it and the autographic signature of the Client or his legal representative. The inquiry can be sent in an electronic form and is signed with the digital signature according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. The information on availability of personal data has to be provided to the Client in an available form and they should not contain the personal data relating to other subjects of personal data.
6.1.5. To limit the right of the Clients for access to their personal data if:
1) processing of personal data, including personal data obtained as a result of operational search, counterintelligence and intelligence activities is carried out for defense of the country, safety of the state and protection of law and order;
2) processing of personal data is carried out by the bodies of power which carried out detention of the subject of personal data on suspicion of commission of crime or brought to the subject of personal data charge on criminal case, or applied to the subject of personal data a measure of restraint before lodging of charges except for the cases provided by the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation if acquaintance of the suspect or defendant with such personal data is allowed;
3) providing personal data violates constitutional rights and freedoms of other persons.
6.1.6. To provide storage and protection of personal data of the Client against their unauthorized use or loss.
6.1.7. In case of detection of doubtful personal data or illegal actions of the operator with them at the address or at the request of the subject of personal data or his lawful representative or authorized body on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data the operator is obliged to carry out blocking of the personal data relating to an appropriate subject of personal data from the moment of such address or receiving such request for the check period.
6.1.8. In case of confirmation of the fact of unauthenticity of personal data the operator on the basis of the documents provided by the subject of personal data either his lawful representative or authorized body on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data, or other necessary documents is obliged to specify personal data and to remove their blocking.
6.1.9. In case of identification of illegal actions with personal data, the operator in period not exceeding three working days from the date of such identification, is obliged to eliminate the allowed violations. In case of impossibility of elimination of the allowed violations, the operator in period not exceeding three working days from the date of detection of illegality of actions with personal data, is obliged to destroy personal data. The operator is obliged to notify the subject of personal data or his lawful representative on elimination of the allowed violations about destruction of personal data and in case if the address or inquiry were directed by authorized body on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data, the operator also is obliged to notify the specified body of power.
6.1.10. In case of achievement of the goal of processing of personal data the operator is obliged to stop processing of personal data immediately and to destroy the relevant personal data in period, not exceeding three working days from the date of achievement of the goal of processing of personal data if other is not provided by federal laws, and to notify on it the subject of personal data or his legal representative and in case the address or inquiry were directed by authorized body of power on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data, the operator is also obliged to notify specified body.
7. Rights of the Client
7.1. The client has the right on:
- access to information on including containing information of confirmation of the fact of processing of personal data and also the purpose of such processing; the ways of processing of personal data applied by Hotel; the information about persons which has access to personal data or to which such access can be provided; the list of the processed personal data and a source of their receiving, terms of processing of personal data, including terms of their storage; the information about what legal consequences for the Client processing of his personal data can cause;
- definition of forms and ways of processing of his personal data;
- restriction of ways and forms of processing of personal data;
- the ban on dissemination of personal data without its consent;
- change, specification, destruction of information on;
- the appeal of illegal actions or inactivity on processing of personal data and the corresponding compensation in a judicial proceeding.
8. Confidentiality of personal data of Clients
8.1. Data on personal data of Clients, are confidential.
8.2. The hotel provides confidentiality of personal data and is obliged not to allow their distribution to the third parties without the consent of Clients or existence of other legal basis.
8.3. The persons having access to personal data of Clients are obliged to observe the confidentiality mode, they have to be warned about need of observance of the mode of privacy. Due to the mode of confidentiality of information of personal character the appropriate measures of safety for data protection from accidental or unauthorized destruction, from accidental loss, from unauthorized access to them, change or distribution have to be provided.
8.4. All measures of confidentiality when collecting, processing and storage of personal data of Clients extend to all data carriers both on paper, and on automated.
8.5. The mode of confidentiality of personal data is removed in cases of depersonalization or their inclusion in public sources of personal data if other is not defined by the law.
9. Responsibility for violation of the norms regulating processing of personal data of Clients
9.1. The hotel bears responsibility for personal information which is at its disposal and assigns personal responsibility of employees to observance of the set confidentiality mode.
9.2. Each employee receiving the document containing personal data of the Client for work bears individual responsibility for safety of the carrier and confidentiality of information.
9.3. Any person can address the employee of Hotel with the complaint to violation of this Situation. Complaints and applications concerning observance of requirements of data processing are considered within 3 working days from the date of acceptance.
9.4. The staff of Hotel is obliged to provide up to standard consideration of inquiries, statements and complaints of Clients and also to promote execution of requirements of competent authorities.
9.5. The persons guilty of violation of the norms regulating receiving, processing and protection of personal data of Clients bear disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal liability according to federal laws.
RULES OF VISITING OF PUBLIC SAUNAS IN «THERMAL SPA ALEXANDRIYA»
Public saunas «Thermal SPA Alexandria» are a part of the Health center "Thermal SPA Alexandria". Each Guest is obliged to study these rules before use of the Sauna. Use of the Sauna means adoption of these rules entirely, without any exceptions. The guests not concordant with these rules are not allowed to use saunas.
Registration of visit of saunas and payment for all services of a sauna is carried out by administrators on reception desks of hotel. The guests living in hotel have the right for unlimited visit of saunas and to the thermal pool.
Operating time of saunas is from 08:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. The entrance of visitors to saunas stops in 30 minutes before the end of its work.
After registration of visit of saunas, the guest receives a special bracelet chip and passes to the room of saunas across the internal territory. In a personal cabin of changing rooms of saunas, the guest changes clothes, put on swimwear and passes in shower cabins of saunas. Further at their own discretion the guests visit saunas (Finnish sauna and Turkish hammam), or a thermal poll of the Health centre.
MAIN AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Services of the Sauna are provided to visitors for a payment on the price lists approved in accordance with the established procedure by Administration of the Health center.
The tickets for uses of the Sauna which are previously acquired or booked by visitors, are not subject to return or exchange. except cases when saunas are closed for the technical reasons.
The following additional services are provided to visitors of saunas for an extra charge according to the price list:
• lease of bathing linen (towels, sheets)
• personal hygiene products (shampoos, shower puffs, hairbrushes, bathing slippers, etc.)
• sale of drinks and snacks in the phyto bar of saunas.
Rendering services in the Sauna, as well as calculations for services are made with application of the personal bracelets chips given along with payment for a session.
The safety of valuable belongings, documents and money is guaranteed by Client’s personal bracelet chip. The administration does not bear responsibility for safety of things in a personal cabin if the bracelet chip (which is also a key from a personal cabin of the visitor) was loss or removed from a hand of the visitor and left unguarded not because of employees of the Sauna.
CONDITIONS OF VISIT OF THE BATH FOR CHILDREN:
• Children up to 12 years are allowed in baths only accompanied by adults.
• Boys up to 3 years are allowed in women's office of a changing room.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
• To drink alcoholic and refreshing drinks, to use the products acquired out of Sauna.
• To bring glass wares to the steam rooms, to use in all rooms ointments, creams, scrubs, peelings with pungent smells and leaving before, during and after use visible traces, except for shower room.
• To be in the general rooms of saunas without bathing suits.
• To be in the general rooms of saunas in outdoor clothes.
• To be in any rooms of Sauna without special bathing slippers.
• To make calculation for the rendered services in any place and to any employee of center except for a reception desk on a reception desk when providing the personal bracelet
• To bring water in steam rooms, except the water intended for splashing to the stove.
• To use bath besom in steam rooms of saunas.
• Smoking in all rooms of bath zone except for the designated smoking area, in the adjacent territory
IT IS RECOMMENDED:

To get used to heat in a steam room, it is better to sit or to lie for 4-5 minutes on the lower shelf. It is necessary to consider that if you sit, temperature near the legs is about 15 °C lower, than near the head. Experts claim that in a sitting position in a steam room load of an organism increases almost twice. Upon transition to standing it is necessary to make a pause of horizontal position: to sit 2-3 minutes. The recommended time spent in a steam room should not be very long: from 2 to 4 approaches to a steam room for 8-10 minutes each.
· Creation in a steam room dry or moist (steam) microclimatic conditions is reached by the dosed water application on heated pig-irons. It must be kept in mind that dry microclimatic conditions with low (within 10-30%) relative humidity are better for body burden, than moist steam at the same temperature.

REGULATION on using the VIP cards of the favorite guest
of the Health center «THERMAL SPA ALEXANDRIYA»
1. The VIP cards of the favorite guest (further – VIP card) of the Health center,\ are intended for convenience of receiving services and granting discounts by regular guests and individual customers of the Center, for advance of services of the Center in the market of country Health rest. The card provides discounts to the clients who arrived as well as a part of organized groups at individual service.
2. VIP card is property of the Health center. The Health center reserves the right to cancel operation on the card, as well as to make changes of rules of work with the card, without notification and any obligations in return.
3. VIP card is personalized and cannot be transferred for use to other person.
4. VIP card can be issued by the director of the Health center at his own discretion to especially important clients of the Center, including in cases when the clients (the potential clients) by their activity give support of authorized activity of the Center.
5. VIP card has number. At issue of the VIP card the client fills out the Questionnaire, and the client's full names, his contact information and the card numbers are registered in uniform electronic base of VIP- clients. In case of loss of the VIP card the new Card instead of lost with new number can be issued to the client.
6. VIP card operates when settlings with a physical person, operation of the card does not extend to settlings with legal entities.
7. The discount can be provided to VIP client in the absence of the Card at the time of calculations for services. At this VIP client has to show the identity card, and the manager on duty has to check existence of the card on base of VIP clients. If client who showed the identity card, is not in the base, the discount is not provided.
8. Discounts according to the VIP card extend to services in accommodation, permits and other services (if they are included into the list of services to which discounts according to the card extend) only when calculating directly in cash desk of the center (on the administrator's rack).
9. During the periods of season action, general or special discounts on separate services, or other marketing programs of a condition of discounts for VIP card make a reservation separately. If in such cases of a condition of discounts on cards do not make a reservation in any way, then discounts on VIP card do not extend for such services and programs and are not summarized.

1.7. Check-in and check-out:
1.7.1. Check out (settling hour) in the hotel is 16:00 on arrival date. Checkout time of the end of service (departure time) in hotel 14:00 in day of departure of the Guest.
1.7.2. If the Guest did not reserve in advance and did not guarantee early arrival from 8:00 till 18:00 hotel can perform, but does not guarantee, accommodation of the Guest in case of existence of available rooms, without extra charge.
1.7.3. If Guests want to reserve early arrival and to get a number with guarantee in case they arrive earlier, they need to pay service of priority check-in, under the following terms and conditions:
- booking of early arrival goes for 50% of the cost of the first day of accommodation, from 08:00 till 18:00 (the cost of early arrival includes breakfast);
- booking of early arrival goes for 100% of the cost of the first day of accommodation, before 08:00 (the cost of early arrival includes breakfast);
1.7.3. Upon the request of the Guest and if there are available rooms, the late check-out from hotel is possible. The cost at a late check-out (at the rate of the cost of full day of accommodation on the date of departure) if other is not provided by terms of the contract, is:
- from 16:00 till 23:00 - payment for a half of day;
- from 23:00 till 18:00 - payment for a full day.

Registration card is completed by signature of Guest.
Cash register receipt is issued to the Guest immediately after payment, and account is issued when Guest leaves the hotel. If payment was made by bank transfer, the account is not issued on the reception, and all accounting source documents are forwarded to the payer in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Payment by cash is possible on reception desk, working hours: 24/7.
5.1.All calculations in hotel are made in roubles – national Russian Federation currency.
5.2.The cost of the room for 24-hours period / hotel day, as well as cost of additional services, are defined by current hotel pricelist, which is approved by Order.
5.3.Payment for accommodation is performed for the hotel day (time of check-in and check-out is defined according to point 1.7 of present Rules).
5.4.The cost of the room for hotel day includes complex breakfast and unlimited swimming in the pool, in accordance with approved schedule rate.
7.1.With the objective of ensuring proper order, protection of property and safety of Guests, it is prohibited for Guests in hotel:
7.2.In case of non-compliance by the Guest with the above-stated requirements of these rules, the management of the hotel has the right to stop rendering hotel services unilaterally.
7.3.The Guest is obliged:
7.4.The hotel management has the right to refuse service to the persons who have signs of being influenced by alcohol or drugs, and which behavior can cause inconveniences for of Guests of the health center.
7.5.Control of respect by Guests of public order and silence is carried out at night by the staff of service of internal control of hotel. In case of violation by the Guest of public order and silence, the staff of service of internal control of hotel has the right to call the police to hold public disturber administratively liable.
7.7.The management of health center reserves the right to visit rooms without coordination with the Guest in case of short circuit of an electrical wiring, smoke, fire, flooding as well as in cases of breach by the Guest of public order.
7.8.The hotel bears responsibility for valuable things only in case they were transferred to safe custody according to the inventory.
7.9.The parking of the car is carried out in the territory allocated for this purpose. Speed of the movement of the car in the territory of the health center has to be no more than 5 km/h.
ü To leave on storage food and drinks after the events (a banquet, a buffet reception, coffee break, etc.) in restaurants and bars.
8.1.The Administration provides high quality of services, an appropriate sanitary condition of all rooms and territories, according to current codes and regulations of the Russian Federation.
8.2.The hotel offers Guests additional paid services if they prefer, according to the approved pricelist of services.
8.3.Visit of the Guests living in hotel is carried out in if there is the application from the Guest on the reception desk, with the indication of a full names of arriving persons and registration numbers of the vehicles.
8.4.In case of the expiration of the paid term of Guest accommodation in hotel, and the Guest is absent, and his/her accommodation is not prolonged and is not paid in time, the Administration has the right to create the commission and to make levy of execution in the room of the absent, and then to prepare room for next Guests. Material values such as money, precious metals, important documents, are stored by the Administration in the safe which is on the reception desk, other things are placed in "The cell of the lost and found things".
8.5.In case of breach of the peace, or hooligan actions of Guests, the hotel management has the right to involve law enforcement agencies for taking measures to the public disturber
8.6.All things forgotten in rooms by the Guests, are passed to safe storage, and the Administration takes measures for return them to owners.
8.7.The administration does not accept on storage and does not bear responsibility for personal belongings and cars of Guests.
8.8.The hotel provides confidentiality of information on Guests and visitors of hotel.
8.9.There are Customer Feedback Books on the reception desk and in the restaurant, which are available for all Guests. All complaints and applications left by Guests in the Books for feedback and suggestions are considered by Administration.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF SERVICES
OF THE HEALTH CENTER «THERMAL SPA ALEXANDRIYA»
Section 1. General terms
1.1. The present Rules (hereinafter referred to as Rules) regulate relations between the Consumer - the person who has intention to order or get, or ordering, getting and using services (goods) only for the personal, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity (hereinafter referred to as "Visitor") and IP Bulatov A.G.(hereinafter referred to as "Performer"), who is rendering services to Visitors at the territory of the Health center «Thermal SPA Alexandria».
1.2. Health center «Thermal SPA Alexandria» is multifunctional complex located at the address: Chelyabinsk region, Etkul district, village Pechenkino, territory of IP Bulatov A.G.
1.2.1. Territory of Health center «Thermal SPA Alexandria» includes:
1.3. The present Rules are obligatory for all Visitors who are in the territory of the Health center «Thermal SPA Alexandria». Before signing of the contract of paid rendering services (i.e. before payment of visiting of the Health center) the Visitor is obliged to peruse these Rules. Receiving an electronic bracelet is confirmation that the Visitor perused these Rules, completely agrees with them and undertakes to follow them, bearing risk of adverse effects in case of their violation. During the visit of Health center by an organized group of persons, all members of the group, including the head of group, take responsibility for observance of these rules.
1.4. Rules of Health center, instructions of use of the pool on the territory of the center are written in accordance with current legislation of Russian Federation.
1.5. Visitor takes the responsibility for consequences that arose in the territory of the Health center owing to ignorance and/or non-compliance with these rules and/or instructions (rules) for use of water attractions in the pool area.
1.6. Information about a trade name, location, an operating mode of the Performer, phone numbers of Administration are placed at the reception desk located at an entrance to Health center on a reception in the place, accessible to the Visitors. At the reception desk, there are the list of services, the price list for the rendered services, present rules, the Customer Feedback Book and other necessary information, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.7. Present rules establish a service order (rendering services) of visitors of the Health center, requirements of safety, hygiene and other requirements, the rights, duties and limits of responsibility of the Health center and Visitors, terms of sale of tickets and rendering additional services, the prohibitions on visit of the pool, the rules of visit of the pool by minors, instructions for use of changing rooms and shower, requirements and recommendations about application of swim wears, rules of conduct in the pool, rules of visit of a sauna and hammam, as well as an operations procedure of visitors in emergency situations.
Section 2. General rules of use the services
2.1. The right of visit of the Health center «Thermal SPA Alexandria» (hereinafter referred to as Health center) is provided only to the persons who received an electronic bracelet.
2.2. Visitors have the right to be in the territory the Health center only in the determined working hours of the Health center. Working hours of the Health center are specified at an entrance, at the reception desk as well as on the website of the company. Visitors are obliged to free the territory of the Health center after ending of its working hours.
2.3. Time of stay in the pool shall be controlled by the visitors themselves.
2.4. The entrance of visitors to the pool shall be stopped 30 minutes before end of working time.
2.5. Sale of services in separate tariffs stops beforehand taking into account time necessary for rendering the acquired service.
2.6. Visitors have to treat with respect to each other and not disturb the leisure of other Visitors.
2.7. Professional photos and video filming for commercial purposes are forbidden at the territory of the Health center. It is forbidden to use images of symbolic (logo) of the Health center, video and photographic materials for advertising, commercial purposes without the permission of Administration of the Health center. Only the Administration of the Health center has the exclusive right of the publication of photo materials, broadcast of the videos shot in the Health center.
2.8. For security reasons and for prevention of acts of terrorism, visitors are obliged to show to security service of the Health center contents of personal belongings for checking.
2.9. For the sake of safety of Visitors there is video surveillance in all pool area (except for changing rooms, showers and toilets).
2.10. According to the Article 32 of the Act of the Russian Federation "Consumer Right Protection Law" and to the Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Health center does not return money for the rendered services.
2.11. Visitors have to fulfill the requirements of staff of the Health center for the reasons of safety, maintenance of an order and purity at the territory of the Health center.
2.12. In case of unforeseen, extreme or emergency situations, visitors are obliged to leave the Health center immediately.
2.13. Visitors are forbidden to enter any technical and service premises equipped with the plate «Вход воспрещен» ("Trespassing prohibited") or «Служебное помещение» ("For staff only"). The visitors who got into such rooms bear full responsibility for the malfunctions and accidents occurred in this zone.
2.14. Any advertising, trade, commercial activity, which is not coordinated with Administration, is forbidden at the territory of the Health center.
2.15. Visitors are forbidden to use not for designated purpose the furniture all over the territory of the Health center.
2.16. The zone of carrying out paid additional service can be limited for other Visitors.
2.17. A water and entertaining zone (the pool, a thermo-relaxation zone (a sauna, a bath) as well as a zone of rendering services of public catering (restaurant, the phyto bar) stop the functioning 30 minutes before closure of the Health center.
Section 3. Prohibition on visiting of the Health center
3.1. Persons of all age categories, besides the exceptions provided by these rules have rights for visit of the Health center.
3.2. Visit of the Health center is forbidden:
• to the persons having infectious, sharp viral, contagious skin and venereal, fungal diseases; open wounds and any other diseases which can pose a threat to health of other visitors;
• to the persons suffering cardiovascular diseases, mental diseases (posing a threat for people around), with urgent surgical pathology;
• to the persons with open, infectious wounds, aseptic bandages suffering furunculosis, conjunctivitis, helminthiases;
• to persons during exacerbation of chronic diseases;
• to the persons having tendency to allergic reactions;
• to drunk persons as well as to the persons which are under the influence of the narcotic, psychotropic or other stupefying substances;
• to persons, whose behavior can pose a threat to an order, safety, to a hygienic condition of the Health center or contradicts the common precepts of decency;
• to persons with other indispositions constituting danger to their personal health and safety and also to health and safety of other visitors;
• to persons who have no electronic bracelet;
• to persons up to and including 17 years old without adults.
The visitors of the Health center who broke the prohibition specified in the present point bear full damage liability, caused to their health, health of other visitors and the subsequent expenses
3.3. At emergence of suspicions concerning presence at the visitor of the disease specified in the present section, the Administration of the Health center has the right to demand from the Visitor to declare the allowing medical certificate for the visit of the pool.
3.4. Visit of the pool with animals is forbidden.
Procedure for payment of services. Electronic bracelet, its appointment and use
4.1. The following tariff policy works in the pool:
- visit of aqua park is free for children up to 5 years old,
- for children the from 5 to 12 years old the children's ticket must be acquired,
- the adult ticket must be acquired by persons who are already 18 years old at the date of visit of aqua park.
4.2. The paid time confirms the right of the Visitor to use services of the pool during the whole time according to the paid tariff. If the visitors who already left the pool area shows willingness to get repeatedly on the pool area, they have to acquire the new ticket.
4.3. The visitor visiting the Health center for an unlimited tariff, loses the right for use of services of the pool when passing a turnstile at the exit. In this case, money for unused time is not subject to return to the visitors and they has to acquire the entrance ticket for repeated visit of the pool according to the current price list.
4.4. The cost of services of the Health center is established by the Price list approved by the Administration. Ticket prices are specified a reception of the Health center and on the website.
4.5. Tickets can be acquired on a reception, located in the territory of the Health center, as well as online. The visitor is obliged to pay services of the Health center in the size of 100% according to the current price list.
4.6. Information on actions is located reception desk and on the website of the Health center.
4.7. Visitor must show document of identification upon purchase of the ticket at the request of staff.
4.8. Sale of tickets can be temporarily suspended due to technical malfunctions or when all lockers for storage of things are occupied.
4.9. Upon purchase of the ticket the administrator gives to the Visitor the control cash voucher and an electronic bracelet. The control cash voucher has to be kept by the visitor until the end of visit of the Health center.
4.10. The visitor is obliged to fill out the receipt on acquaintance and observance of these rules and responsibility for children. before receiving an electronic bracelet.
4.11. The hotel guest when receiving an electronic bracelet is obliged to specify the room number. In case of damage, loss or a non-return of a bracelet, the visitor bears responsibility according to these rules.
4.12. The guest of hotel with accommodation have the right of unlimited visit of a water and entertaining zone (the pool, including the thermo-relaxation zone (a sauna, a bath)).
4.13. The electronic bracelet is the entrance ticket for the territory of the Health center for use of services of the pool, sauna and hammam, a key from a personal locker and also is payment for goods and services of the Health center. All information on the acquired goods and services collects in electronic form in the uniform database of the Health center and on a bracelet.
4.15. Visitors have to enter via the entrance terminal after receiving electronic bracelets, one by one, and have to show the control cash voucher on turnstiles. For pass through a turnstile, the visitor needs to bring a bracelet to the reader located on an entrance. Computation of time, carried out in the pool, begins in 10 minutes from the moment of issue of the control cash voucher to the visitor and comes to the end while the visitor brings a bracelet to the reader and gives a bracelet to the administrator at an exit from the Health center.
4.16. Additional paid services in the territory of the Health center:
- food and beverages at restaurant and in phyto bar.
4.17. Payment by cash for the additional services rendered in the territory of the Health center is forbidden.
4.18. Providing of additional services at the territory of the Health center is carried out for the money charged on an electronic bracelet.
4.19. Returning unspent money (advance payment) to visitors enlisted on an electronic bracelet is made in the same cash desk where they were brought only at presentation of the cash voucher and only within 1 day of rendering service.
4.20. The electronic bracelet is the property of the Health center. The visitor bears responsibility for safety and integrity of an electronic bracelet, which rushes on a wrist of a hand and shall be shown to the employee of the Health center at their requirement. Transfer of an electronic bracelet to other visitors is forbidden. At the visitor's exit from the territory of the Health center, the electronic bracelet shall be given to the administrator at an exit turnstile.
4.21. When receiving a bracelet, the Visitor is obliged, without departing from a reception, has to visually examine it and to be convinced of lack of any damages. The Visitor's claims about identification of damages of a bracelet after it departed from a reception, are not accepted by the Administration and are not considered.
4.22. In case of loss of an electronic bracelet or its damage the visitor bears responsibility according to these rules. The visitor is obliged to report about loss or damage of an electronic bracelet to the representative of Administration of the Health center immediately. Damage of a bracelet is meant as any action or inaction of the visitor as a result of which the bracelet lost the operational properties and cannot be used further.
4.23. At emergence at the visitors of questions about use of an electronic bracelet, they can address staff of the Health center.
4.24. For excess of a temporary limit in the pool (time which was not paid upon purchase of an electronic bracelet), calculation is made as follows:
• excess of the paid time of stay in the pool (for tariffs “4 hours” and “2 hours”) is paid according to the price list approved by Administration of the Health center;
• the payment is calculated on the quotations operating at the time of visit of the pool and the reception at the exit is subject to payment in cash desk.
4.25. In case of inability of the visitor to pay for in addition spent time or the rendered services, money shall be collected from him in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Section 5. The general rules of conduct of visitors at the territory of the Health center
5.1. The prohibitions and restrictions for visitors of the Health center:
5.1.1. Visitors are forbidden to bring to the pool personal rubber rings and other special means for swimming, except for special children's vests.
5.1.2. It is forbidden to carry by to all pool areas any products from glass, including glass ware, other dangerous objects and also to take out from a zone shower soap, shampoos, lotions and other cosmetics. Visitors are forbidden to use a glass containers, ware out of bar and restaurant.
5.1.3. It is forbidden to carry out meal and drinks in places directly on that not taken away, including to the pool, in a bath zone.
5.1.4. The entrance of Visitors on the territory of the water pool area (outside the changing rooms) with packages, bags, etc. is forbidden.
5.1.5. All over the territory of the Health center it is forbidden: smoking of tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), use of electronic means for smoking and also smoking mixes and smoky substances, except specially allotted for this place.
5.1.6. In all pool area use by Visitors of the not smoking tobacco products that is intended for sucking, chewing or shuffing, is forbidden.
5.1.7. Visitors are forbidden to bring on hookah products.
5.1.8. It is not allowed to bring to the pool food and drinks, except the baby special food packed into a plastic container.
5.1.9. It is forbidden to carry by fire, gas, pneumatic and cold weapon, the bladed articles, as well as the explosive and flammable, toxic and strongly smelling substances on the territory of the Health center.
5.1.10. All over the territory of the Health center any kinds of discrimination and disrespect because of distinctions are strictly forbidde.
5.1.11. Visitors are forbidden to be in a zone of scenery, to climb on protections, terraces, to climb up pipes, hand-rail, sides of pools, borders, a handrail, etc., to ride a handrail and hand-rail, to climb steel structures.
5.1.12. Visitors are forbidden to break the common standards of behavior (morals and morality).
5.1.13. Visitors are forbidden to litter and break a sanitary and hygienic condition of the territory of the Health center (to throw out garbage, to spit on a floor, to throw chewing gum, etc.).
5.1.14. Visitors are forbidden to apply any vandal actions to the equipment, property and plants of the territory of the Health center.
5.1.15. In order to avoid falling and injuries visitors are forbidden to run, shout, push anyone to whistle, without need to call to the aid, misleading other visitors and personnel of the Health center.
5.1.16. It is forbidden to visit the pool for pregnant women. They should visit a sauna and bath only after consultation of the doctor.
5.1.17. In the pool area the persons under 18 years old are forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages.
5.1.18. Visitors are forbidden to pour water or other liquid on electrical units which are situated in rooms of the Health center.
5.1.19. Visitors (accompanying persons) are forbidden to leave children unaccompanied.
5.1.20. It is forbidden to use the pool, a bath, to boors for Visitors with cardiovascular and psychoneurological diseases, diseases of a backbone and musculoskeletal system disorders, other diseases and also to the persons having medical or other contraindications.
5.1.21. Visitors are forbidden to jump from sides to the pool.
5.1.22. Visitors are forbidden to bring the stock for entertainments (balls, toys, etc.) to the pool.
5.1.23. Visitors are obliged to observe other prohibitions (restrictions) provided by these rules.
5.2. Duties of visitors of the pool:
5.2.1. Visit of the pool demands from visitors of physical efforts and activity. Before visit of the pool, visitors have to estimate the physical abilities and ability to float.
5.2.2. Before signing of the contract of paid rendering services (i.e. the payment of visit of the Health center) the Visitor is obliged to study these rules and the operating tariffs attentively;
5.2.3. Visitors have to fulfill the requirements of staff of the Health center for safety, maintenance of an order and purity in the territory of the Health center.
5.2.4. Visitors have to treat with respect to each other and not prevent the leisure of other Visitors.
5.2.5. For ensuring public safety and prevention of acts of terrorism, visitors are obliged to show to security service of the Health center contents of personal belongings for checking.
5.2.6. In case of detection of theft or damage of property of the visitor, the visitors are obliged to report about it to personnel of the Health center immediately.
5.2.7. In case of unforeseen or emergency situations visitors are obliged to leave the pool immediately.
5.2.8. The visitors are obliged to store the check for the paid services, deposited money (advance payment), to an exit from a pool.
5.2.9. During visit of the Health center visitors are obliged to make thrifty use of property of the Health center.
5.2.10. The visitors are obliged to throw out garbage only in the special capacities provided for this purpose.
5.2.11. At an exit from the territory of the Health Visitor center, visitors are obliged to hand over an electronic bracelet.
5.2.12. The visitors are obliged to carry an electronic bracelet on a wrist of a hand and to show it to the staff of the Health center for their requirement.
5.2.13. Visitors are obliged to carry out and other duties provided by these rules.
5.2.14. The visitors have at their own and sole discretion the right to stop ahead of schedule a session and to leave the pool. At incomplete use of the paid time, monetary compensation is not made.
5.2.15. Visitors are not recommended to bring in the pool expensive and valuable things (jewelry, chains, rings, pendants, bracelets, mobile phones, photo and video equipment, etc.) which can deteriorate under the influence of moisture or can be lost and/or damaged.
5.2.16. The administration recommends to refrain from visit of the pool:
- for pregnant women;
- for persons with babies;
- for persons with recently suffered injuries, receiving medical treatment or being on rehabilitation.
5.2.17. The administration recommends to refrain from visit of a sauna and a bath to people with hyper sensibility to high temperatures, at high arterial blood pressure, at feeling sick, to the pregnant women, people having sharp diseases of infectious and other nature, diseases of a cardiovascular system, hypertensia, an ischemic disease and also having medical contraindications.
Section 6. Rights and obligations of Administration of the Health center TERMY "Alexandria"
6.1. The administration of the Health center has the rights:
6.1.1. To forbid presence on the territory of the Health center of the persons who did not reach 18 years without adult persons;
6.1.2. To forbid presence on the territory of the Health center of persons whose behavior can break an order, constitute danger to other visitors, a hygienic condition of a pool and/or contradicts the accepted public standards of behavior;
6.1.3. To forbid presence on the territory of the Health center of persons who do not agree to follow current rules or do not understand them;
6.1.7. To stop accept the payments and access for visitors to the pool area in a case holding special events, connected including with rent of the pool in general;
6.1.8. To perform visual inspection of personal belongings for the safety reasons.
6.2. The administration of the Health center is obliged:
6.2.1. To provide full and reliable information about an order of provision of services and their cost;
6.2.2. To organize arrangement, training and constant stay of staff of the Health center in a zone of finding of visitors, for ensuring safe stay of visitors on water;
6.2.3. To use only those expendables and the equipment which conform to safety requirements according to the established norms for rendering services.
Section 7. Rules of visit of the Health center by minors
7.1. Responsibility for minors (children, teenagers) during the time they spent at the territory of the Health center is entirely brought by the accompanying adults.
7.2. At visit of the pool by group of visitors, which includes minors, the responsibility for observance of Rules of visit of the pool by minors shall be born by the head of group, or by the senior of group.
Section 8. Instructions for use of a locker room, shower and toilets
8.1. After receiving an electronic bracelet, the Visitor has to pass in the common changing room with cabins for changing clothes, put things in a personal locker (number of a locker is specified on an electronic bracelet) and to close it according to the instruction. Use of other locking devices is not allowed. The administration reserves the right to dismantle the inauthentic locking devices without notification of the Visitor.
8.2. In case of loss of a bracelet, the automatic locker for storage of clothes in a locker room shall be opened by Administration, and after this drawing up act shall be made.
8.3. Changing the clothes and undressing out of intended for this purpose rooms is forbidden.
8.4. It is forbidden to store the objects and substances forbidden by these rules in lockers of changing rooms.
8.5. If there are any difficulties with closing and/or opening of a locker visitors are obliged to inform staff of the Health center immediately.
8.6. In case of detection of an open personal locker with the visitor's things, the Administration closes a locker by duty bracelet and places on it the control coupon.
8.7. Each visitor has the right to use no more than one locker for storage of personal things.
8.8. Before the visit of the pool, the Visitor has to take a shower. It is not allowed to use in shower any products from glass (ware, washing and cosmetics in a glass container, etc.) in order to avoid cuts.
8.9. It is forbidden to use various creams and ointments before visit of the pool.
8.10. Visitors are forbidden shower to sort and untwist cranes and diffusors; to break dispensers for soap, for paper towels, for toilet paper; to carry away any property.
Section 9. Requirements and recommendations about appearance of visitors and to application of swim wears.
9.1. Visitors, including children, are forbidden to be at the territory of a water and entertaining zone, a thermo-relaxation zone, a zone of rendering services of public catering, a zone of locker rooms, shower and cash desks of surcharges in underwear, in street footwear, in outerwear or without swim wears.
9.2. Women have to wear the synthetic swim wears at the pool area, men have to wear synthetic swimming trunks, small children up to 2 years have to wear special waterproof diapers (pampers). Wearing of swim wears from cotton fabric is not allowed.
9.3. Women are forbidden to be in the pool area without the top part of a swim suit (topless).
9.4. For the reason of prevention of traumatism on slippery surfaces and for personal hygiene, Visitors must use for movement on the pool replaceable footwear on a rubber sole, and for swimming in pools - rubber bathing hats. At the movement on ladders Visitors are obliged to hold hand-rail, a handrail.
9.5. Considering the fact that the Health center does not impound belongings (does not render service of storage of things) of Visitors, and just provides them in use personal lockers, the Administration does not bear responsibility for left lost at the territory of a pool/complex, belongings, footwear, documents, mobile phones, photo and video cameras, money, jewelry and other things of Visitors. The complaints about such cases are not reviewed by Administration, compensations are not paid.
Section 10. Rules of visit to Turkish hammam, sauna and bath.
10.1. Persons with cardiovascular diseases, including persons with pacemakers, as well as other persons specified in item 3.2. these rules, are forbidden to visit the Turkish hammam, sauna and bath.
10.2. Minor visitors aged up to and including 17 years old have to be in Turkish hammam, sauna and bath only accompanied by adult visitors.
10.3. Persons in a condition of alcoholic, drug, psychotropic intoxication as well as the persons under the influence of other stupefying substances, are forbidden to visit the Turkish hammam, sauna and bath.
10.4. During the visit of Turkish hammam, sauna and bath, visitors are forbidden to take alcoholic and low alcohol drinks.
10.5. The entrance to Turkish hammam and sauna shall be carried out strictly in swim wears.
10.6. During stay in baths visitors are obliged to use individual towels.
10.7. It is strictly forbidden to pour out water and other substances on the bath boiler. It is forbidden to bring aerosol liquids, food and drinks in a bath zone.
10.8. Visitors are forbidden to use bath besoms in the pool area.
10.9. It is not allowed to use Turkish hammam, sauna and bath for personal hygiene (to have a shave, wash personal belongings, etc.). It is not allowed to use Turkish hammam, sauna and bath for drying of towels and personal belongings.
10.10. Visitors are forbidden to leave towels and clothes in a Turkish hammam, sauna and bath.
10.11. During the visit of a Turkish hammam, sauna and bath visitors are forbidden to touch metal parts of the equipment installed in there.
10.12. Visitors are forbidden to adjust the devices that are in rooms of baths and saunas.
10.13. Visitors are forbidden to apply on body creams, oil, scrubs and other cosmetic and medicinal agents at the territory of baths (saunas) as well as to use various tinctures and extracts.
10.14. After visiting the Turkish hammam, sauna and bath and before visiting the pool and entertaining zone, Visitors are obliged to take a shower.
Section 11. Responsibility for breaking the Rules
11.1. In case of loss or damage of property of the Health center caused by the Visitors, they are obliged to indemnify the caused loss as well as to bear responsibility for other violations allowed by it, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
11.2. For damage caused to property of the Health center, the property and/or health of Visitors, the Visitor bears responsibility in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The responsibility for the damage caused by minors and/or persons with limited opportunities shall be born by their parents or trustees.
11.3. When losing a bracelet or its damage, the Visitor compensates to the Health center its cost of 600 rubles.
11.4. If Visitors smoke in the place not allocated for this purpose they are obliged to pay a penalty of 1500 rubles for it.
11.5. The Health center does not bear responsibility for safety of personal belongings or a jewelry, other values of the visitors left unguarded in the pool area and baths or that they were lost and/or partially spoiled by the visitor.
11.6. The staff of the Health center are authorized to undertake measures against the Visitors who are in a condition of alcoholic or drug intoxication, in a mentally unstable state as well as against the Visitors who are not reacting to remarks of staff and do not following current rules.
11.7. The Visitor agrees to abide current rules and bears full responsibility for their violation according to these rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
11.8. The Visitor is obliged to pay a penalty of 300 rubles for the loss or damage of a towel.
11.9. If Visitors lose an electronic bracelet, then they have to pay a penalty. When losing an electronic bracelet, the visitor is obliged to inform the representative of Administration of the Health center immediately.
The administration of the Health center does not carry out return money charged on the lost electronic bracelet if until blocking of an electronic bracelet, other person used it (paid services, etc.). The administration of the Health center returns to the visitor only that money that charged on an electronic bracelet at the time of its blocking.

12.1. Current rules are published on the website as well as at the information stand (reception desk) and in other places at the territory of the Health center.
